Orders & Shipping
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the continental US. Express shipping (1–2 business days) is available for a flat $9.99 fee. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $50.
Currently we ship within the United States and Canada. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
You can modify or cancel your order within 1 hour of placement. After that, the order enters processing and cannot be changed. Contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your Account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply for health-related products.
Log into your Account, go to Orders, and click "Return" on the item you'd like to send back. Print the prepaid shipping label and drop it off at any carrier location.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
